• 4:05PM to 4:45PM – ATA Tigers (Beginner Ages 4.0 to 6.5 years)

• 4:50PM to 5:35PM - ATA Karate Kids Color Belts (Bully Prevention, Leadership for Life™ training) for all Color Ages 7 and and up, and Family Adult Color Belts)

​

• 5:40PM to 6:15PM –  ATA Karate Kids Color Belts (Taekwondo Basics, Forms, Weapons training)
